Great Shop

Found this place while price shopping for a smog test. Since then, we have taken 2 of our cars here with good results. This shop is competetively priced and honest. We`ll not be going to the dealership anymore.

Very fast and efficient. Fair prices. Even lent a complementary loaner car while my car was being fixed. Highly recommended FOR ANYONE.

Dishonest to the Bone

I had a routine replacement. The manager quoted me one price and promised to complete the work in a day. Neither happened. Instead, the shop took several days, refused to provide shuttle service for a local pick-up (""sorry man, tough luck...""), and added 20% to the final bill because of vague ""added labor."" The shop left a wrench bouncing around under my car hood, my stereo faceplate loose, my gas tank empty,... view more and a loose doorway panel. I have never experienced such unprofessional, rude, and negligent behavior in an auto business. I didn`t notice a AAA approval mark on their card or shop, though I could be wrong. If not, I now understand why. I suggest considering one of the larger nearby shops.
