I have bought 2 vehicles from Diamond Honda, one from there old location in Diamond Bar and just recently one from their new location in the City of Industry. I have shopped many Honda Dealerships prior to purchasing both vehicles and have never recieved such service and honesty in conducting business as I have receieved from Diamond Honda. Inquiry not satisfied

I live quite far from Diamond Bar, I saw their advertisement in an auto trader mag. I called and they seem to be very rude when I asked what time they closed. After that I was completely turned off to go down there to check out their great add in auto trader for a Magnum! They some how forwarded my call to the finance dept. where I spoke to someone who sounded very nice and made me rethink about NOT checking out what... view more they had to offer. But he insisted that I make an appointment with a sales rep as they are very busy. Being as nice as he was about being able to help with financing and such he insisted that he would forward my information to a salesman to call me and set up an appointment. Five days later I have had no calls back. As I called back to speak to someone because I was still interested by their add, I had no luck... It is so hard trying to pull up their website I tried numerous links thinking it might be my connection. I then found them on yellow pages finding another customer`s poor review. Since I am currently a buyer and I feel the need for others out there that may be looking for a specific car with respectable service, I find it important to let others know of the experience simply upon inquiry. If you are looking for a SPECIFIC car, friendly assistance, and have a price range. I wouldnt suggest this dealership. But they have great adds! Good Luck to all buyers and BEWARE! SHOP AROUND!!!
