Shawn Bernardi understand what customer service is in a time when many do not. I had a fender bender and I took my cadillac to Bernardi`s the same day. Shawn took some photos, ordered the parts and made arrangements for a rental car at Hertz which was waiting for me when I dropped off my car. Five days later my car was ready. I dropped off the rental at Bernardi`s and took my car home. I noticed before Shawn took ... view moremy car in that the headlight on the undamaged side of the car had some condensation. I told him I felt the condensation was due to the accident. Shawn called 3A and they agreed to cover the headlight ($1000). I took my car by to have the headlight replaced and Shawn drove me home and later brought my car back to my house. I highly recommend this shop for outstanding customer service and high quality body work. Thanks Shawn!

Exceptional Service All Around!

I was so upset and didn`t know who to trust with my car after being in a collision on the freeway and needing to find a body shop I could trust with my car. I was referred to Bernardi`s through Ed`s Honda, where I regularly take my car for service, and I was assured that Shawn, the owner, would take care of me. Shawn Bernardi not only repaired my car, but provided the very best customer service I have EVER experien... view moreced from any business. He explained every detail to me, ( and I am a pain when it comes to wanting to know details) was very patient with my questions, dealt with my insurance company for me, and when i took my car home, he even contacted me to check on my car. He also had his guy do a little extra touch up painting that was not required of them. I am sooooo impressed by this shop and particularly Shawn Bernardi, and I really want to let everyone know that if you ever need collision repair done- God forbid- please take your car to Shawn!!! You will not be sorry!!!
