A terrible excuse for a business! So disappointed with their service. I made an appointment for 11:30 AM. I ARRIVED AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND THERE WAS A SIGN IN THE WINDOW THAY SAID: Don`t ever go here. They can not be trusted. I had an 11:30 AM appointment with Amanda. She never showed up! I have never experienced such shoddy treatment. I finally went to COC (about 8 blocks from them) ... view moreand received excellent service. Very courteous, and professional. So much better than DMV

I found this place online and was able to make apt on a Saturday to transfer my new car in my name the staff is super nice and gave me my tags in minutes. Had to give the ladies at this place a good review :)

I WAS GETTING RUN AROUND AT DMV( GETTING MY OUT OF STATE CAR REGISTRED IN CA) AFTER GOING TO DMV TWICE AND WAITING HOURS IN LINE TO BE TOLD I NEEDED DIFFERENT DOCUMENTS UGH!!
