I recently had my car repaired at Prime Time collision center which was recommended by my insurance company. I must say their service is second to none. From the time I walked into their office until I picked up my car, which by the way looked better than when I first bought it. Their staff was professional and helpful and they turned a negative experience into a positive one. They truly make you feel like family. P... view morelus I was very pleasantly suprised to see that they care more about the customer rather than the insurance company as evidenced by the fact that they fought with the insurance company to replace parts with originals rather than cheap aftermarket ones. These days you have to be very careful with body shops, especially not knowing how the industry works, but they way they treated me was sufficient to conclude that they are experts at what they do.
