EVERYBODY in my family all drive Fords they are great cars and we all get our cars there and we bring here to get them fixed. Future ford has EXCELLENT bedside manner and the ppl there are always attentive and polite and the salesppl are always helpful and kind. They provide free shuttle service which is pretty cool and convenient since we are all on different schedules.

They Ripped-Off an Old Lady!

My mother in law went into Future Ford in order to buy a Ford Escape Hybrid. She wanted to go alone to exercise her independence, and I had given her copies of average price reports from edmunds.com, and other info, so she would know what to pay. She was 78 at the time, and gets confused about numbers if too much is thrown at her. They obviously saw her as an easy target, and after they hammered and confused her in... view more a marathon eight hour sales pitch, she ended up effectively paying $43,000 for a car that was selling for $28-$29,000! I complained to the manager, but of course he was in on the deal. They made a huge commission, and couldn`t care one bit.
