Do NOT take your car here! They have horrible service and give false information. I took my car to this shop February 14, 2013 and its now May 15,2013. It took them over a month to install a used engine and when I got it back, the engine blew after a week because they didn`t put oil in the car. I have not been able to drive my car for more than a week without taking it back. When I have problems with the horrible wor... view morek they did, I get blamed for it. Never seen anything like this in my life. I`ve even been offered alcohol on one of the days that I had to return my car. Before I took my car there it just needed a new engine. I`ve spent over $5,000 on a car thats not even worth $2000 blue book value. The mechanics dont take responsibility for the bad work they do and they will talk to you like they dont own a business. I just reported this shop to the Better Business Bureau about 30 minutes ago because I was told by the owner that its my fault they left a part off of my car and he wont fix it because he`s not making any money off of my car. Everyone that has taken their car to this shop has had to return their car and often, get rid of the car because the car leaves with so many problems. And the problems are always YOUR fault, no matter the situation. SAVE YOUR CAR. Take it to East Side Auto...its in the same parking lot and the work there is excellent.
