DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Cocky sales reps, that do not give you straight answers, I felt lied to by the General manager when he assured me I got a great deal, when in reality I reviewed my contracted they managed to add extra expenses and warrenties I never wanted. The worst experience i have ever had, a very dishonest dealership After agreeing on a price on a cx9 with Tracy in the internet department and filling out all the paperwork, the vehicle was suppose to be delivered to me. On the day of delivery Tracy had the audacity to call me and let me know the car was sold but if i want she has a different car identical to my needs but its going to cost more money. HORRIBLE Customer Service

Buying from this dealership has been a complete NIGHTMARE! One that seems to never end. I was literally yelled at by the Operation Manager to leave the dealership, after asking him questions about a extended bumper to bumper warranty I purchased through them. It`s been a month since the purchase and all items on my contract have not been fullfilled; the company my warranty is through, has no records of my account. I ... view morepaid $2295 for this warranty and a month later, I`m still not covered. God forbid my car breaks down! I looked online and found the same types of warranties for half the price. Romero also decided to tack on an extra $1200 to my total balance, luckily I was able to get this back. They added $600+ to the sales taxes and just decided to throw in an optional product that cost me $615. Never was this product offer or discussed with me. These people are crooks. They treated me as though they were doing business with someone in there backyard. They have the attitude of &amp;quot;if you don`t like it, oh well!&amp;quot; Never will I do business with them again, nor would I recommend any one to this dealership.
