Pleasant experience!

Saw the Lexus advertise on autotrader. I was worried about a used car cause it`s my first time buying one. Spoke to a salesman name Tom. Easy guy to talk to and he didn`t try to push me to buy. He was very helpful and suggest I test drive other Lexus to compare. I end up buying it after 30 minutes of test driving and talking. Tom was very helpful and didn`t try to rush me. not satisfied with the way they do business

I bought a used car couple month ago from them, two days later i found some serious problem, so I send car back to them, tuey said will fix it for me, but when I pick up the car one week later, I found another problem, so I wait another 1-1/2 hours for them to fix it. unfortunatly the car broke down again, when I call them a guy said I could take my car to closest auto shop to do a estimate, I`m still waiting for the... view moreir authorization to fix my car at other place!
So this is not a good place to buy used car!
