taking advantage of the consumer

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Northgate Blvd in Sacramento. I was charged for 7qts of oil. I thought something was wrong. Well I was right, My car only takes 5qts of oil. I was over charged for 2 extra qts of oil. I will never go to this Jiffy lube again. And I will pursue this and them taking advantage of the consumer. If they have done this to me, they have done this to others.
