Overall...Santa Monica Lexus was great place for purchasing my GS. My multiple bad experiences with their Servicing Dept has led me (and others in my office) to another dealership further north.

Worst car dealership experience

When I got to the dealership, I was met by a salesman named Zad. I don`t think that`s the correct spelling, but he had green eyes. He was nice at first. He had a slightly arrogant air, but I thought what the heck that`s alright. He made me feel really uncomfortable, and he made me feel stupid because I couldn`t operate the GPS straight away. He asked if I`d gone to college. I`m not usually a person who complain... view mores because I usually have good experiences at dealerships, but this guy was so arrogant, I really had a terrible experience at this dealership. I do have to say this Lexus Dealership has the most beautiful decor I have ever seen.
