Horrible! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! 1. Online coupon says $29.99 just for a smog, + certification is $8.99. Ended up being $48.99, and it says labor? 2. Gentleman said he did not want to smog my car because my "brakes" were messed up. FYI, this is at 5:15 p.m. Their closing time is 5:30. 3. Went to another smog place, they rolled my car up to their dyno and it passed without any hassle. I asked them... view more if my brakes were messed up, he said it was perfectly fine. I told him about previous smog shop, he said, "Oh yeah, it is because they service vehicles also." The lady knew what they were doing at purrfect auto. 4. I called purrfect auto and asked why they did not want to smog my car, "I did not want to do it because of the brakes." the tester became defensive and said, "i do not know why you call to complain for." in a harsh voice, and as I tried to reply he hung up on me. FYI: The owner of the car was my father, I was just getting it smogged for him. He has been a mechanic for 25+ years with Toyota in Whittier, CA
