What a joke

I have used this dealership before, hence I had their phone number. I broke down on the freeway call them for a 2 minute question they said they are not in business to help over the phone. I understand, but with exception i just wanted to know if the belt went under or over the water pump. They were not able to help me. I called another dealership they were pleased to help me. HUH go figure.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

I normally do not write reviews, but this dealership`s customer service was the worst customer service I`ve ever received at any dealership period. I go in on Sunday, and after an extremely unpleasant wait and negotiation period, we work out a deal for a 2007 Black/black Escalade. We did all the paperwork, they "guarantee" me the car by Monday. No one calls me till 7pm that day. So, I had to call numerous t... view moreimes to try and get a hold of my sales rep. and he is no where to be found. Finally, I get a hold of him and he tells me my car has been sold at another dealership. He lets me know he will get me one by Wednesday of that week, at latest Thursday. So I wait till Thursday, and still no call. I have to keep calling till I finally get a reach of my car manager, just so he can tell me it`s been sold again. They then tell me that they do not know when they will be able to get me my car, and were basically telling me that they were lying the whole entire time. I got a refund for my check immediately and went to the Martin dealership near by. Much easier process and polite, nice customer service. I got the car that day.
