Beware !

Ok, let me give you the rundown on this place. Last thanksgiving, we drove to Las Vegas in my mother-in-law`s 20005 Mercedes ML (16000 miles). Once we got back to LA, she noticed that one of her tires was losing pressure, so she took the car to this tire place. After barely looking at the tires, the guy there concluded that unfortunately the tire needed to be changed, and that actually all four tires should be change... view mored for that matter. He added that since they did not carry dunlop tires, they would have to special order tires from Firestone that would run $300 a tire!!! My mother-in-law may not be car-savvy but she sure knows how to spot shady business practices. She took her car to another local garage in Westchester and got her tire fixed for $12 !!! I was compelled to publicize what can of business is run at this establishment.

Best Service in LA

I have been to this service center several times and I am always satisfied with my service. The staff is friendly, intelligent and informative. They are quick with the service. They can even work with you if you are short on cash. I no longer live in this area, however, I will still take my car to this Firestone. I believe that when you find good service the best reward is loyalty.
