Superior is Right!

It`s extremely tough to find a decent mechanic that won`t try to sell you a lot of extra stuff that you don`t really need and it`s even tougher to find one with as good service as Superior has, specifically Paul at Superior. He`s extremely courtious, knowledgable and well organized. His team definitely seem like they know what they`re doing and they explain everything in detail so that you know exactly what your gett... view moreing, down to brief explanations of parts you`re getting (if you need them). When you talk to Paul, you get a clear cut explanation on what needs to be done based on what you`ve told him is the problem before they start work and if you stick around he keeps you well informed on anything else that catches the mechanic`s eyes. As for costs of parts, they give you options based on the quality of parts and prices to let you choose which you prefer. This was a huge plus for me, he could have just as easily given me the more expensive option and then charged me a little more for it, but he didn`t. In my book, a foundation of trust with your mechanic goes a long way and Superior earns your trust by their quality of service.

Amazing Staff and Mechanic

Paul and his staff really take the time to understand the issues at hand before taking action. It was very refreshing to hear him and his team really drill down to exact sounds and the timing of events when speaking to me so that they could understand how to proceed. At each step, Paul explained the procedure and also provided options for cost, i.e. we could go with after market or branded items and the pros and c... view moreons for each action. This is a great shop with a dedicated crew. It`s almost like I don`t want you to know about how great this team is so it doesn`t become overrun with business but that would be wrong.
