Rude and elitist

I had been searching online for an honest auto mechanic and Media City Auto Repair came up in my search with ""glowing"" reviews.

My car`s 2 day old battery had died so I was wanting to find out what caused it and took my car here on a Saturday around noon. I walked into the office and before I could speak the owner very rudely blurted out ""WE`RE CLOSED!"". Nevermind that his security gate was wide open, h... view moreis garage was open and another mechanic was working on a car.

I asked the cost to replace an alternator and was quoted an outrageous price. He then put an amp meter on my car`s battery and told me it was not my alternator that was the issue but something else.

I then took the car to my dealership instead the same day and it WAS my alternator that needed replacing. I paid a lot less than what this guy quoted .

This owner is an elitist snob and if you`re not ""his people"" his shop is ""closed"".
