Very honest gentleman. I was told that the front arm on my Camry was damaged and it was a driving hazard by ****year. I didn`t believe this and wanted a second opinion. Jim assured me it was not a driving hazard, that it was the top plastic on stuts that was making the noise. This was a relief. When I`m ready to change the struts I will definitely go back to Jim`s. Yes the place is hard to find, its next door, to bod... view morey shop, no big sign or nothing.
