Is it Brake Masters or Rip off Masters... Oops the sign was mistakenly delivered

Surely they will put a break to your valet... Serious guys I am writing this review based on my terrible experience and few other friends living in this area who had got their break their valet... Oops I mean their cars. First of all there is no rocket science behind brakes and you don`t need to go to "Masters" to break your valet. This technology has been like a rock since ages and any road side garage ... view morecan fix brakes. I came to know with practical experience. Things I don`t like: 1. I have a pretty common vehicle "Hyundai Accent" and I know for the price I paid for the car they didn`t come with any Ferrari brakes, they charged me $385 to change drums and pads on the front and $80 to clean the brakes in the rear. . 2. They gave me a quote of $550 and did not offer what they are trying to do unless I asked. Also did not try to help customer by identifying why they need x, y and z service. It is pure push marketing technique to make money. 3. I Authorized only for front brake service and when I arrived to pick up the car I was told to pay $550 for 3 other services I didn`t authorize. When I told them that I did not authorize for 3 services then they asked me to pay $450 since they already cleaned my rear brakes which I did not authorize, I didn`t wanted to make it a big issue since thay already did the service but I decided not to go back there again. Things I like: 1. None . Save your money, go somewhere else,, maybe to Firestone right opposite to them.
