It is so hard to find a good mechanic. Gave me a quote for ball joint work $400 less than the dealership and explained that I was would have gotten ripped off. Turns out I didn`t need a ball-joint replacement at all but some replacement parts around the ball joint. Diagnosed the problem without me fully describing where it was and what sound it was making. Wouldn`t Recommend

For all potential customers, I had gotten into an accident and after working out the kinks with the responsible party`s insurance, they accessed the repairs on my car. I had gotten a written estimate from McLaren Auto Body with a substantial amount for the repairs ($2800+ for a rear fender bender). Once I dropped my car off, it was in the shop for a week and half. After handing my car back, with dirt on the inter... view moreior, dust all over my car I brushed off the small things. Until I had noticed that my exhaust and tailight (damaged in the accident) were not repaired. After going back and consulting with McLaren, they were rude and told me that the tailight and exhaust were damaged after their repairs. Dealing with their crude craftsmenship and poor lack of customer service, I seeked a second estimate through another "specialist". Once I had gotten the estimate through my other business which I went with, they assured me there was no way the unrepaired damaged was not caused by the accident. Poor customer service and would not recommend to anyone.
