If I could I`d give these guys...

If I could I`d give these guys no stars! Steer clear of this place, these guys don`t know what they are doing. I went there in November 2011 and had a car alarm installed with new door locks and I have had nothing but trouble with it ever since. First I waited 4 hours for them to complete the install. When they are finally done I pull out of the place and immediately notice lights are on on my dash board. So I had to... view more turn around and take it back and wait another hour for them to fix it. I also noticed that they didn`t put the dash board back together correctly because it was sticking out. Then a week later the exterior lights stopped working. I had to go back again and have that fixed and wait for an hour. About a month later I hear the alarm going off all the time for no reason. Then the alarm noises stop working altogether. I can`t hear when it locks and unlocks and the alarm doens`t go off at all. Now this month the door locks I paid an extra $85.00 for stopped working and I have to lock the doors manually. I do not want to go back to this place again because it is clear out of my way, time consuming and a terrible burden on me. I am just sick of dealing with these guys. You`d think they could fix it right the first time. I had an alarm installed at another location before and had no problems. I am so frustrated and upset about this and I am out almost $300.00 for an alarm that didn`t even last a year. These guys charged more than other shops for labor and I paid a lot for a basic alarm. You`d think it would work right. Go some where else! Don`t wast your time at this place.
