Rented a van

While this company is very noble is offering rental vans to customers who need handicap access vans, they are very difficult to deal with. We had to pay everything up front, which we did without any hesitation. The problem was that 2 days later the hydraulic system on the ramp started failing which meant that I had to manually pump up my father AND his wheelchair everytime the system failed. I called Aero mobility... view more more than once and they insisted that it was something that I was doing wrong. I rented the van on a monday and it wasn`t until the following friday (almost two weeks) they sent a mechanic to fix the problem. He realized that it was a connection problem and he had to repair the connection. Aeromobility refused to adjust the price because they stated that ""it wasn`t their fault that the connection failed.""

No refund or discount. We argued the point over and over again and they refused to budge. I know that in ANY business if you don`t get what you paid for....there is a problem.

These people are very unreasonable and I would advised to rent at another location, if possible.
