They sold me an unsafe car!! My power steering went out within 24 hours of purchase WHILE driving!! It was so scary. They admitted to servicing the power steering after I asked for exact service records. I was assured this car would need NOTHING and was in excellent mechanical condition by the salesman and sales manager, Craig. I called back in good faith and reported the problem, hoping for resolution. After... view more 3 weeks of no returned calls (being very polite and patient, I might add) I am seeking legal action for the $2000 worth of repairs a third party mechanic quoted me. I didn`t expect the, to fix every problem, but hoped they would help with the psp failure to make the car safe (CA law says a dealer cannot sell an unsafe car). He mechanic, by the way, said these repairs were extremely obviously in need when they serviced my car. Leaking radiator, failed power steering, blown strut, and broken motor mount. Buyer beware!!!!!
