Service and courtesy

I been going to Ford for all my checkups and oil changes. After taking my car, I sat in the waiting room for an hour or so. The service guys comes back to me and said they will get to my vehicle after lunch! Are you kidding me. Guess what you just lost a customer. For the record my name is Peter Taijeron

Horrible

We took the ranger in for an oil change. Noticed it was 2 quarts low. Filled it and said nothing. 2 years later my dad took it in for another oil change. We didn`t check it for a week. It needed 4 quarts!! Now it burns oil. Thanks, Ted!!!!!

great place to buy!

This store has amazing customer service! I bought my car from the fleet department. My salesman was John Loeffler. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford product. He was very profesional, and gave me a great deal! I definatly recomend this store to anyone who wants a easy and fun car buying experience. Look up John Loeffler if you get the chance you will not be disapointed!
