Used Car Buyers beware! Especially if you live out of state. I was told that my pre-approved loan wouldn?ˆ™t be accepted on Monday. I applied for & was approved for a loan with their in house lender on Tuesday. I was told that I would avoid paying California sales tax if I shipped the car, arranged shipping and asked to be faxed the sales contract. Wednesday afternoon was again told that I?ˆ™d have to pay California sales tax because I was financing the car. Was told that their lender thought I lived in California which was BS as I had spoken to the lender directly on Tuesday. Wednesday AM comes, no phone calls, no e-mail, no text messages. I call and e-mail several times. Around 1 PM I finally get a call from the dealership telling me that they sold the car Wednesday night! I have documentation to prove it all. If you are calling from out of state, beware of the used car sales department manager Ed Warran.

Worst sales experience

We went to buy my son a car and were insulted by Gordon the sales rep. He greeted us and as soon as he thought we were not buying right then he left us standing there with his card and moved on to the next customer. I couldn`t believe it. They must not value customers very much. We did buy a car that day just not from Capitol.
