I just rented a car and I am very very happy with the service. I reserved an economy car and when I showed up at the location they offer me the car I reserved and it seems very small for me so I told Ron car is too small for me. He immediately upgraded me to a bigger car with out any hesitation. He also took enough time to answer my questions regarding the rental contract and very upfront. The reason of giving 5 star... view mores is only because excellent service and the most taking time to explain the rental contract not like other competitor who always tries to rush it of. I will always go back to this location for my car rental needs. Avis is known for best service and Ron proves it.
