Exceptional Service
The mechanics here do a great job in identifying the problem, if any, with your vehicle. Most shops in my experience will repair whatever you request to have done, even if its not neccesary. I don`t think that is good service, but at Ramirez`s, it doesn`t work like that. If you go in with an assumption they will validate the truth and make you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle or waiting while repairs are done.
