Gave original estimate of $58/hour and then after starting work changed to $70/hour. They have treat

Signed a contract that stated that Tradeway would charge $58/hour for labor. 10 days after starting the repairs they changed the hourly rate to $70/hour. When the manager came on the phone (right after his subordinate had admitted that they had not followed proper procedure) he didn`t give his name and said that they would start charging storage fees in 2 days if we didn`t pay in full.
