Fraud/Scammers

Frank the owner agreed to sell me his 1923 Ford T bucket, I drive 3-1/2 hours in rush hour traffic with pouring rain to make payment and he then tries to get even more money out of me, then breaches our original agreement of purchase. What a scam! This guy is so shady, I would not trust my car with him. He might decide to up his fees once he`s done the job or made the agreement with you.
