Lousy Service

Horrible! I called the service department and they told me they could help me with my Acura if I called back in 30-60minutes. I called back again after an hour and asked them the same question only to have them tell me that they cannot release that information due to "legal reasons" in case I should install the factory part incorrectly. What a load of BS! I`ve owned American cars for 10 years now and they can always ... view morelook up service information for you. It`s on a CD and takes about a minute to find. I`ve called 4 dealerships and most just say they`re too busy and tell me to call back, but this is unreal. I`ll be sure never to buy another Honda/Acura product--especially from Sierra Acura of Alhambra.

Incompetent personnel and manager!!!!

The personnel is not very knowledgeable, when asking them questions; they don`t provide you with the right answer. Sometimes "I don`t know" is the right answer. The manager is hard to reach and somehow you just missed him for a minute or two. By the way is just this branch. I have been on the one at Glendale and it is way different.
