I reported that my clutch cable needed to be tightened. Town & Country told me that they would charge me $80 to diagnose if I was correct that my clutch cable needed to be tightened, and to work up an estimate for how much they would charge me to do the work. If I paid $80 to get an estimate, I could then decide if I wanted them to do the work. I went somewhere else instead.
