First class quality and service

My time at San Carlos Collision Center was probably the best experience I`ve ever had - getting my car fixed. :-) Jose and Elba are first class citizens who deeply care about their customers and it shows in the level of service they provide. Throughout, Elba did a great job keeping me apprised with timely updates and was very patient in answering my numerous questions. He was very open and frank in how he described each option; I felt like he had my best interests in mind. He made sure that I was getting my money`s worth - which was very much appreciated! Overall, the whole process was as seamless as I`ve experienced. The adjusters had no problem approving the repairs. And I picked up my car with everything done as promised. I would highly recommend SCCC on quality of work alone but more because of the owners, Jose and Elba, two reasons why I will continue to support local and small businesses.
