Saddened and Disappointed

I am very saddened and disappointed with the Riverside Children`s Theater program. My family and I have been attending RCT`s plays for the past 10 years and waited for 7 years to be accepted into the program, but having friends in the program did not prepare my daughter and I for what we experienced. I listened to comments from my daughter, like: ?ˆ?Why do these people do this if they don?ˆ™t like kids?ˆ?; ?ˆ?t... view morehey are mean, and they yell at everyone.?ˆ? I observed several classes and had to agree with her. We experienced the non-caring attitude and yelling from most of the RCT staff, at the workshop, auditions, rehearsals and Saturday classes. I am angry that I was required to sign a no refund policy for any reason up front to get in to this program and pay for the whole year before ever starting. I was forced to lose $375.00, of which I couldn`t afford to, a program that can fill this position and replace the money within days to some other willing child and eager parent that has been on there waiting list for years.
