Overcharge for "damage"

I returned an RV with a very small scratch, I do not believe I caused it...they had thier own body shop provide a very high estimate and kept it out of my deposit...I won`t be back.

DO NOT USE NORMS RV

On returning a rental they pointed out one of a number of scratches on the RV, had their own body shop way overstimate the cost(cosmetic normal wear and I didn`t even do it). They then held $326 from my deposite. DO USE NORMS RV. They will rip you off.
