Wanted worst case

I spoke with Richard. I wanted a worst case price on my 2001 Mercury Sable for a transmission. He would not give me any information, just kept pushing for an appointment. I do understand that the is a lot of possibilties as to what could be wrong. But he was unable to give me enough information to descide where would be the best place to take my car, and thats what I wanted.
