We are very happy with the service that this company has given us. We have had several alarm systems installed several years ago and just recently had a stereo installed. The total price for the installation of the stereo, which included a wiring harness, adapter kit and a steering wheel controls interface was significantly less than the big box stores! I really think everyone should go here! My family and I have bring our business to them for years and they have always did a great job, everything was done on time and right way! Unprofessional

I would not recommend these guys to pimp your ride. They were very unprofessional. The reason why I took my car to them was because one of my friends told me that they could do the job. They did a neat job on my car on the first phase of upgrading but when I had to take my car again for installing additional accessories, I was not satisfied with the result. It seemed like they did the job in a very rush manner but I ... view morereally needed my car back at that time because first of all, we agreed that they could do the job on the date that we agreed on and second of all, I really needed to use my car at that time because I had a very important appointment and I didn?ˆ™t have time to go back and forth to my expense just to fix the mess that they did. My concerned was, if they could not make the job on time, why not called and informed me what was going on instead of telling me on the last minute and also I was the one who called them first to check the status of the project. I think calling a customer and letting them know in advance what was going on regarding their car and the job were not really a big of a hassle on their part. All I can say is that they need to improve their communication skills in terms of their customer service if they want their business to grow. I would not go back to this place ever, just a waste of my time and my money. Not worthy.
