I`VE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH TURBO SINCE 2006. THE LAST TIME I HAD TO USE THEM WAS IN 2008, WITH NO COMPLAINTS.......BUT I WENT TO THEM IN 2010 CAUSE MY 2000 GMC JIMMY HEADERS CRACK. I TOOK IT TO TURBO BUT TO MY SURPISE MANY NEW FACES SOME VERY YOUNG FACES..I WAS TOLD I NEED A NEW ENGINE AND IT WOULD TAKE 3 DAYS BUT THREE DAYS TURN TO 4 WEEKS.. THEY COULDNT FIT THE NEW ENGINE IN IT TOOK ABOUT 3 ENGINES B4 TH GOT IT TO ... view moreFIT . BUT EVERY1 I SPOKE TO DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON..NO COMMINCATION WHAT SO EVERY. ONCE I GOT IT BACK THE FLY WHEEL WENT OUT THEY DIDNT WANT TO VALIDATE THE WARRANTY ON MY ENGINE..THE STARTER THAT THE PUT IN DIED IN 3 DAYS I KEEP GOING TO THEM TO FIX WHAT THEY "FIX" WITH THE SAME RESULTS. $2000 LATER MY CAR STILL ISNT RUNNING !!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN....CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!
