Refuses to back up his work

The owner`s name is Jose (not Joe) and he took my console apart and put it back together all wrong and refuses to look at it or back up his work. It`s obvious that the stick shift is backwards; they broke my window switch taking it apart and now my drivers window is stuck in the "up" position, which is excruciatingly uncomfortable when the weather is 105% and I have no air conditioning. He refused over the phone and ... view morein person to look at his work, yet told Wheeler Chevrolet he`d be glad to! He also blamed Wheeler Chevrolet, when all they touched was the ignition, not the console at all. They had to tell him that they aren`t responsible for his work. This place is not fated to be open for long if he treats all his customers that way, although I expect it`s only the female customers, because he was so demeaning and abusive toward me, a woman.
