Let down.

After getting what I thought was a good deal, I had called the shop to tell them some of the work done to my vehicle was done wrong. Instead of trying to hear what was going on with my truck, the manager told me that he would not even look at it. After a few more minutes of discussing it, he finally said that he`d give it a look. Reputable service ?

Three weeks ago I purchased new tires for my truck from CTW. Two days ago one blew out. I had the tire inspected by another dealership and was told it was defective. When I returned the tire to CTW I was told they do not provide any type of warranty (would have been nice to have been informed of that at the time of purchase) CTW has shown that they are little more than another Ghetto store who puts quick profit abov... view moree customer service.
