NEGLIGENCE

NEGLIGENCE! Al & Ed`s on Walnut in Pasadena installed an Escort radar detector in my Carrera. It was a $2,000 job. You`d think for that money I`d get great service & good work done? NO! First the installer put a big deep scratch in my bumper. Then the install was so poor that a cable dangled loose from the undercarrage & broke (they said I ""hit a bump""--pleeease). It took almost a month to get the part replaced. Ac... view morecording to Joe the owner/opperator the part he ""described"" to the distributor was incorrectly replaced. Then with NO responses I waited another 2 weeks. And nothing! I got so frustrated by Joe`s lack of attention & care, I personally called the President/CEO of Escort & the next day the part was shipped. My car sat in the body shop for 29 days waiting for a simple part that if Joe really cared could`ve gotten resolved with his supposed resources. In today`s economy with so much competition, there are BETTER shops to get good clean work done. Joke!

Very friendly staff, good prices

I picked out my CD player here and the staff wasn`t pushy at all. They worked with my budget and had a great selection to choose from. I`d definitely buy from them again!
