Poor business practices. This guy does bad business. He sells cars that are not in great condition. His ads say the cars are smogged when they haven`t been. I bought a car from him and he never even got my tags after I paid him all of the fees. Then had the nerve to try to say that I never gave him the money. He is a crook and a scam artist.
