I Went to Metro Honda to get a 2012 Civic coupe, alabaster silver metallic. The highlights: Payne chose the car with the lowest miles out of all their 2012 civic coupe lx on the lot. Upon delivery, Payne took me out to my car and motioned towards my car with an artful wave of his hand and excitedly said " They filled the gas tank all the way!" I felt like a queen. I bought 3 cars at Honda of Coro... view morena and they NEVER filled the gas tank. I would never in a MILLION years expect a Honda dealership to fill the gas tank, but it really happened! Payne is one of the nicest, most patient, gracious people I have ever met in my life. Sean was thorough, quick, and friendly as well. Gail was awesome (he really worked with me on price!) If you`re looking for your next new Honda, or used car, Metro has plenty to choose from. Just be sure to ask for Payne. He really went the extra mile for me and that spoke volumes.

Great Service!

I really enjoyed my experience at Metro Honda Service department. My service rep, Vance Wilcox, was extremely professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend anyone to ask for him when servicing their cars.

K.D. Sanders is amazing! followed him from Penski to Metro.

K.D. Sanders is a fantastic sales rep. He made the process so great and I got such a good deal I BOUGHT 2! The finance department is awesome too. Rico helped us and was so engaging and full of information it was the best finance experience ever. Honda Metro is the place to go for the best deal and the best staff. Stay away from the service department at all costs!

The service writer was extremely rude. The management was worse. I`ve worked in the car service industry (dealers) for 20+ years so I consider myself in the know of how the business works. I have never seen a department so poorly managed, incompetent from the front to the back.

Terrible customer service

This place was great when I bought the car, everyone was very nice. Once I had paid for it, everything changed- customer service is non-existent, forget getting a call back. I am a physician and I have told everyone at my hospital to not shop at this place, honda makes a great product. This dealership is a terrible.
