Very rude sales and service!
I am in the market for a Mercedes S-class, And today I saw the listing of a 2004 Mercedes S500 that I am very interested in. So I did called in and inquired about that perticular car. One sales person answered the phone claimed his name is ""Allen"" very extremly rude and did not provide any service on the phone, All he said just ""come over to see the car"" repeated himself like 4~5 times. When I ask him why there`s... view more a discrepancy on the odometer (mileage shown on carfax has over 20,000 miles increasement within less than 2 month) He simply replied that he don`t care about what CARFAX said, he just ONLY want to see this car!!
That just saved me a trip to visit them and not to mention my interest on the car was totally gone. My advise for anyone who is seeing this, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Your simple questions will not be answered.
