One of the HONEST ones. . .

I just went to the shop this morning. Completely discouraged because I have a 97 Saturn with over 197,000.00 miles on it and engine light has been on for a year. Time for a darn smog and knew I couldn`t pass it with that stupid light on. Went to the shop because they offer "free engine light check scan" but knowing I was going to be taken advantage of. I can`t tell you how nice it is to be told the truth up... view morefront about my car. With Victor`s honesty, caring attitude and overall great personality, I left the shop completely THANKFULl that finally there is someone out there who didn`t just b.s. me and tell me that it was going to cost thousands of dollars and that was it! He explained all the possible problems with my car, which were a lot, and together came up with a plan. Most shops would just say "you need a new transmission" PERIOD! and let you sweat it out on your own. I haven`t gotten the work done on my car because I just have to put it off for a while. I just know that when I`m ready to get the work done, I`m going right back there.
