TRY ANYONE ELSE! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND A LOT OF $$$ LATER!

I was T-boned and had my truck towed to shepherds. They explained how it all would work and promised to take care of everything. WOW! Just like the commercial said! I kept in close contact since I`ve never had an accident like this before. At one point after the repair was complete, I asked about the tires. They were going to just replace one tire!! I once managed a tire sales and installation warehouse in SoCal, an... view mored I know you can`t run multiple size tires on a 4x4. I ended up fighting with the insurance company and then I HAD TO DRIVE TO RENO TO GET ANOTHER TIRE!! THAT WAS THEIR JOB!! After taking possession of my truck and driving it home, I called to tell them the steering pulled to the left. The mgr/owner said,"We didn`t have an alignment order". AFTER STRAIGHTENING THE FRAME, THEY DIDN`T THINK AN ALIGNMENT WAS NEEDED?? THAT should be enough said, right there, about their INTEGRITY and CAPABILITY. I would let some kid fix my truck in his back yard before I would ever go back to shepherds again! They should have done the complete job, i.e. informing the insurance co. that all tires needed replacing, aligning the truck correctly, or at least telling me that they couldn`t be honest about the whole job. Either way, I`LL NEVER GO BACK!
