Oil change service

Went in for a Differential oil change service. I asked the technician if he could remove the differential housing and drain the differential this way due to more contaminants evacuating the area. He said sure. Well I waited about 5 minutes. Another tech came in and said my care was ready. I said that was too fast . I asked if they had removed the cap and drained the differential? This tech said no. Im sure th... view moreey talked because the other tech was avoiding me. Well after smearing my cars windows with window cleaner which made it worse, i paid and left. What a bunch of liars. I would highly not recommend this location. Hopefully its not all ez lubes.
