Terrible Service

I took my car to there service department to get engine work done. They told me what they were gonna do and charge so I cut them a check and dropped off my car. After that I kept getting the run a round with them. They didn`t even touch my car for a week. They told me that one of their Tec`s decided to move it to a different section of the shop but they wanted $ 700 more dollars to find out the problem that`s not to ... view moreinclude repairs of what ever they find. So it went from a $500 dollar Job to a $3000 job. I ended up picking my car back up unrepaired, taking it to another shop and the new shop said that the issues Soutars found was not even the problem. Soutars service and Tec team are lazy , unknowledgeable and are out to get money for little to no work.
