The young guy (who came off as the owner possibly)seemed drunk and reeked of booze ( in the am)and was a complete jerk. There are so many other shops out there.....why pay someone money to have them treat you like crap and work on your car drunk?

It`s been 2 weeks now and my car is still not ready!!! The first eta was 4-5 days. We did not receive a phone call to say it wouldn`t be done. They did not answer their phone...it went to what sounded like a fax. We had to go to the shop and the person gave us some lame excuse he was by himself last week and he was sorry...blah blah blah. I guess that makes it okay to keep my car for another week and not let us know... view more by a simple phone call. He assured us it would be done today...monday. Today is Veterans day. Their phone is still going to the fax and we haven`t received a phone call since talking to them last Wednesday. It sounds like these guys use any excuse to take time off. Now I want a discount!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS unless you want one excuse after another and no communication.
