I went to this shop to have my car repaired after going to the the OTHER muffler store #2 for a quote and decided on Jim to repair my car. He explained to me what was wrong with my car to where I could understand; but most of all when I walked in his shop, his staff greeted me with a smile and not like I was a invisible.
