Unfortunately, I have to post a poor review. The unfortunate part is, that overall, the entire process was incredibly easy, and Alex and Jordan seemed like nice, down to Earth guys. It wasn`t the run of mill boring, drawn out, car buying experience. Submitted my application on-line for a vehicle found on craigslist. Got the approval, went for a test drive, and discussed a few things I`d like taken care of on the v... view moreehicle, some of which were pointed out by Alex himself. Placed a deposit, and returned a few days later to purchase. Paperwork was easy, didn`t take nearly as long as when purchasing a new vehicle, which was great. All but one of the issues was resolved with the car as we had previously discussed. I thought nothing of it, as it was a small detail, and proceeded with signing my paperwork with Jordan, as Alex wasn`t there. Jordan didn`t know what was promised to me, but attempted to help me out anyway, but couldn`t resolve the problem. He promised that Alex would be in touch to resolve it. Jumping to the present, here we are going on day 17 and I still don`t have what was promised to me before, during, and after the sale. On top of it, I can`t even get a response to my e-mails, which is interesting, because before the sale I`d get a response within 30 minutes to an hour, tops. Since the sale was finalized with the finance company 15 days ago, I haven?ˆ™t gotten any type of response to any communication. If you are still working on it, how about some communication? If you aren`t going to provide the service that was agreed upon, just man up and tell me for Christ?ˆ™s sake. Tl;dr ?ˆ“ Alex isn`t a man of his word. Make sure you get everything you want completed on a due bill before you sign anywhere. The entire situation is admittedly my fault, as I didn`t get a due bill, it?ˆ™s just sad you can`t conduct business with a handshake and a promise anymore, regardless of your opinion of the party you`re doing business with. What happened to ethics?

After spending a couple months trying to find it myself, I gave Alex the brand, model, year, and color of the truck I was looking for. He was able to get what I wanted at a decent price, and set up the financing. Thanks Alex!
