IMMORAL CROOKS
I purchased a truck from these people that broke down within 8 hours, so I returned the truck and told them to diagnose the problem and get back to me (unfortunately I left my driver`s license, surfboard, and all the contract paperwork in the vehicle). After sleeping on it and having a long conversation with the mechanic my family has been dealing with for well over 30 years- I decided not to purch... view morease the vehicle- ""I did not feel comfortable, nor confident that this vehicle was right for me and my high demanding work environment"". When I returned to the dealership- they held my surfboard, drivers license, and purchase contracts ransom saying that I owed them a $250 contract cancellation option fee and a re-stocking fee of $500- totalling $750. cutting to the chase it took the police being called out twice for me to get my driver`s license and surfboard back and it seems that the contracts that I signed were now missing from the vehicle. Buying a car shouldn`t be this hard. They are crooks and should be put in jail for theft. (steelers2626, 10/06/2009)
